Manufacturing Process
Each cutting tool is accompanied by process data sheet and the whole process is followed by stage inspection. The cutting tools thus manufactured is heat treated by salt bath process. It ensures uniform and deep heating, better structure and better tool life.
Quality
Stringent steps are taken to ensure qualitative production. The inspection of the tool to be produced is done at every stage of machining by keeping necessary finishing/grinding margins and expansion tolerance during heat treatment. The maintenance of quality records for all the tools is maintained by preparing drawings and whole record is kept in an organized manner. |
